Candid style wedding photography is when the photographer photographs the event as it happens.
This photograph take of the newly wedds walking out of Stockton on Tees registry office, after they have just said their vowls, shows a good example of candid photography.

Photographing a wedding as it happens is a skill and takes years of practice. It’s like having a second sense, one has to predict what is going to happen, to be ready and in the right position to take the photo.
Sometimes you don’t get the shot because unpredictable things happens but that’s half the fun, one just never knows, but when you do capture ‘that moment’ the feeling is brillant!
Of course you don’t know if you have till you start editing the images but you might have a feeling you got it.
