Completing my apprenticeship with Brian Phipps an advertising photographer in London West End, I reached out as a freelance photographer in need of an income and pushed hard to work for national newspapers and magazines. I very soon secure work supplying photographs for fashion and portraiture editorial features for the Mail on Sunday, New York Times and Financial Times. I began to build my reputation as a reliable photographer, I was constantly on the lookout for new styles of photography and which photographers were producing fresh images. I was asked to photograph London Fashion Week for the New York Times to cover the catwalks shows, parties & events with staff reporter Michael Gross. Michael also wrote features for the NYT, he would ask me to do the photography to illustrate his features, these commissions became a regular event; it was great to see my photographs used in the paper knowing it was published in America and available in the UK. 
 
Now based in The North East of England I supply my photography services to editorial, Corporate & Business, PR companies and private commissions in Teesside and through out the Uk.
